I have a BNIB invisible shield for Garmin Nuvi 200, 250, 350, 360, 370. On the invisibleshield website they don't have Nuvi 250 but only the Nuvi 250W, they customer service told me to order the Nuvi 200 for the Nuvi 250 because of the same screen size. On the cover it says Nuvi 200 but this will work with: Nuvi 250, 350, 360, 370.
