mp3->wav->cd not loud enough

unfortunately, my car doesn't play mp3 file
I still gotta do it old fashion way
my problem is that tracks are not loud enough, I almost have to crank it up fully.
i'm coverting, mostly 192kbs tracks to wave with nero
should I be using 320kbs files?

Using higher bitrate files will not make them any louder. Is there no gain option in Nero? If not you could try the normalize audio option. Otherwise, use a better conversion program like dbPowerAmp or something.
