THEY ARE AMAZING!!!
I have 4 sticks myself.
I have gotten it to beyond DDR2-800 speeds AND IS SUPER STABLE!!!
820mHZ
The voltage is also amazing! It's rated for 1.8V.
I have it at 2.1V, no problems. If my mobo allowed it, I would go even higher!
if you're wondering which RAM to get, GET THESE!!!!!!

Why do you need to overclock the DDR2-667 to -800 when you can buy DDR2-800 for the same price (and possibly go even higher) ... http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=18581&vpn=TWIN2X2048%2D6400&manufacture=CORSAIR&promoid=1046
This thing is default 1.9V ... Who knows how high it can go when you pump 2.1V to it ...

what timings are you using though? sure, it may overclock well, but with horrible timings you might as well not overclock it at all.

I've also heard speed/timings don't really give a significant performance boost on a c2d system?

Overclocking the RAM itself doesn't yield any significant performance boost .. It's the FSB headroom (provided by the RAM) to the CPU overclocking that makes the big difference.

Meh. I think there are better places to spend time and effort these days.

I bought a Patriot 4GB(2x2GB) Kit rated for (800Mhz 4-4-4-12 @ 2.2v) from Canada Computers for like... $90
here is some benchmarks of it, not bad for $90.

Firestix is good. i believe it's the cheapest D9GMH on the market except when Ballistix goes on sale for really really cheap once in a while.

The link you provided the sticks are $45 each ... ?

Very true to a point ...

Oc'ing from 667 to 800 isn't really that impressive, considering the for $31 AMIR you could have gotten a nice OCZ PC2-6400 Rev 2 2GB kit and oc'd that to around 900 or better. If you get some $20 stick to run from 677 to 1000 you lmk
