o man...... that was some ugly trailer

the monsters look so fake and doesnt blend in with the environment.

It stars the producer who also doubles as the main actor, and he brings along his best buddies for the film. Too bad he's such a bad actor and the whole premise is so unbelievable.

You never see more than 4 people at any one scene - maybe they filmed this in some abandoned town. And to think somehow they have a means of developing a space fighter by themselves is outrageous.

Next time something is released straight to DVD without any advertising, I'll skip it.

The War of the Worlds story is in public domain, ANY body can make a movie out of it. The year that the Steven Spielberg one was released there were two other low budget War of the worlds. Other times the studios simply don't option a sequel or don't even have the rights to do so, they then get picked up by somebody looking to make a quick buck. This one for example is a direct sequel to one of the aforementioned 2 low budget War of the Worlds released, not the Spielberg Cruise one.

i started watching this but wow did it sucked...i mean the acting was that bad, that blonde lady scientist had 1 hella annoying voice! and it was cheesy going into the aliens 'body/stomach...********!:evil:

The Tom Cuirse one sucked anyway. I borrowed it from the library and was glad I never paid any money towards it. I have the black and white one which is so much better. Tom's made me sick to my stomach instead of scared for my life. I accidently saw one of the other ones made when Tom's came out. And it was BAD. Dumb. I wish people would just live classics alone.
