GLOSSY monitor?

Hi everyone, Im looking into buying a monitor for my nephew. I think he wants one that is glossy and is 24" or bigger. He would like it for gaming and movie purposes. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
