SSBB and WII Question

I have SSBB iso for DVD5 and DVD9, i want to use the full version but i don't know whether i should burn it to DVD+R DL or DVD-R DL. I have the DVD+R DL but i dont want to waste it if it doesnt work. Also what is missing in thE DVD5 version?

from what i hear.
subspace (crashes at cutscenes), videos(<-), masterpieces (VC demos), i believe some music and other trophies/achievements are absent too but im not sure. Classic mode works bur crashes at credits.

DVD9 -> double layer
DVD5 -> single layer

yeah but the single layered one has a complete multiplayer. items, speicals, rules and all characters can be unlocked

I used Memorex+R DL for mine. The first 3 I tried all failed when verifying the 2nd layer of the disk. I then tried it without manually setting the layer break in imgburn, and that one has been working fine for me so far.

For most other people they had to set the layer break manually for it to work, but for me and a few others, it only worked with automatic layer break... weird.

thank You all for your replies they were really helpful. I have another question its bout mod, for the ppl that it works for. Do you use wiikey? and does it work on Wii Key., Srry for the many questions
