Products fit to wash the floor with, not yourself.
Be prepared to receive gigantic envelopes of junk mail monthly, despite calling in and telling them specifically that you don't want to receive this mail.
I regret my purchases with this company so much. :(

+1. I got bi-weekly junk-mail, and loads of e-mail junk from them.

en, if I order some 110%off products, will they honour the order? Also, it seems no shipping fee added.

by looking at it ppl are better off using the 60OFF instead of the 40OFF since the 60OFF you get like 25$ more stuff for 5$ more...

Don't count on them honoring it, but do count on them charging you and never shipping it.

I don't know about their products, but the company itself is awful.
They had some price errors a few months back. I ordered stuff and included the price errors. Not ONLY did they don't honor the price error (fair enough), but they STILL charged my credit card. It took 4 phone calls and an eventual fraud complaint to VISA to get my money back.

The bodywash is just nice-smelling liquid soap. Stuff for face is HORRIBLE. I would stay away. Face cream I bought would rub off like rubbing off soap scum off your tub. That stuff got flushed down the toilet.

I've been using their anti-dandruff shampoo for about a year now and I love it. I usually cut my hair really short so a bottle last a long time. I tried many other anti dandruff shampoo and they all failed to work except the yves rocher one.
Also my wife and family use their product all the time and they are great.
unfortunately they don't sell the shampoo online anymore... ah well
thanks for the coupon anyway :)

I find some of their products are really nice and some are crap!
I really love the bronzing/tanning gels they have- it is one of the few that actually looks really natural on me.
I hate that they added so much glitter to it tho...kinda annoing.
But on sale for $11 before discounts :)
I'll just use it at night I guess:lol:
Also some of their perfumes are nice- the men's ones are nice too. I've bought them as gifts and they were well liked.
They also have some decent eye creams that have no fragrance in them and do not bother me. The reg price of $23 is resonable- esp when a lot of the drugstore "crap" is $50+++
But their shower gels are only soso. They used to be better a few years ago. Now they are all made in Mexico and seem much more cheaply made.
I remember before all the Yves Rocher products were made in France....not so anymore.

They do have a great selection of product. And they had a 45% off everything sale 2 days ago, plus the 40%off, plus free shipping, plus 4 free gifts because i bought over the 75.00 threshold. A free skin product, a free umbrella, a free komono style something or other, and a free mystery gift worth a min of $75.00.
All for $32.45.
Crap or not i just got a whole lotta sh@t for dirt. As for quality, i'm a Biotherm lover and i'll let you know what i think.
Haha, AND, you get triple airmiles when purchasing through the Airmiles portal. And the gave the miles based on the pre-discount rate. AND the 9 miles already posted--2 days later. I have never seen such a thing :P
I don't know what there scam is, but if the product turns out to be good, you'd be a fool not to check it out. But like I said i'll keep you up to speed on the quality when I get it.

I did receive the box last Monday.
I placed an order of just over $100. With that 60OFF code and one sold out item not in the package, I only have to pay $23.94 (incl. tax) plus I will receive a rebate of $10.50 from another website. That means I only pay $13.50 for the products of $80. NICE!
Like the OP said before, some of their products are good and some of them are crap. You have to choose the products that fit you. I have been their customer for more than 8 years.

I order a total of $103.55 before taxes and enter the 60OFF coupon but the price is still showing at $103.55 until step 4 (review order). What happens here? I don't want to take risk, just want to make sure if they will reduce $60 off.
The coupon area showing that "Entered Codes: 60OFF" but the price is still the same.
Edit: nvm, Deal Expired, but other free gifts are good enough
Also, I found their online system is kinda odd. Are they actually running 2 separated websites in Canada? http://www.yvesrocher.ca and http://www.yves-rocher.ca
The items i placed at yvesrocher.ca are not showing at yves-rocher.ca

Make sure you go to the right site to track the order or complain.

I can top that, my gf ordered 125$+ of items and used the 75$ off.
Order comes, a few (but more expensive) items are out of stock.
Package comes in: Final bill 12$ish
Yes that's right 12$ for 87$ worth of stuff
Funny note: When she ordered online tax was add pre-coupon. On invoice it's post-coupon...

I just got mine from the March sale. They only sent a few items and nixed the coupon since I didn't get enough - so they charged me full price for everything. I will never order again. Needless to say entire box going back to the store.

Get ready for an onslaught of junk mail from them after you place an order.
