I was just wondering if you figured out how to improve the low volume problem you were having with the headphones when listening to mp3s? I recall you wrote something about this issue on HoFo a while back.

actually yes i did the seem mod to increase the volume, now its great

What color is this? Do you have any close up pictures? I'm sorry, but two weeks don't tell me much. I can crush a phone in 3 seconds, run over it with my car and still claim I've had it less than a day. Pictures would be great!! If you have an ebay account so you could sell it online, that would be even better.
