Why not grab the Boxing Day specials around town? $50 for 500GB and full warranty (Seagate's 5 Year applies for purchases before Q2 2009). Saves you headaches and you know it's brand new without some dude's old pr0n still on it.

ive got a brand new sealed seagate 7200.10 for $45
comes with full warranty and its sealed in its bag. its brand new not refurb or from OEM
i bought 8 for my raid aray but hten went with 8x1.5TB instead :P
