Bioshock Limited Edition Big Daddy Figures

Did anyone else buy the LE edition only to find that their Big Daddy's drill bit is broken?

I signed up for their replacement program THE FIRST day it opened but I never recieved a confirmation email from them, even after emailing about their error.

I've been through 2 cases with their support emails and even sent them pictures but still haven't recieved anything.

Where's my printed artbook? Where's my UNBROKEN Big Daddy figure?

WTF.

Has anybody else recieved a new figure or is in the same boat as I am?

i originally received a busted one, signed up on day 1 for replacement, inquired in dec about it and was told im not on the list...had to take a pic of the broken big daddy then they added me to the list and i got my artbook/new big daddy 5 weeks from then...

BUT the crazy thing is that the replacement big daddy is kinda warped...the drill isnt a circle but more of an oval...oh well...

Damn you're lucky then. I did the exact same thing with taking the picture and all but never heard back from anyone.
