PS3 Online Help.

I used to play COD4 online with a wired connection just fine. Now when I play I lag and my signal bar is on the lowest bar while everyone in the game has full bars. I thought it was my internet connection so I check online and Im gettin 6976 Kb/s so I dont think thats the problem.
Anybody know whats wrong?

I have no issues with cod4 online with my ps3, maybe check her for some more detailed troubleshooting
