I haven't really been a real gamer as of late. I buy games, and never play em. So I'm here to get back into the loop.
Is there anyway to play a Wii on a LCD monitor? Any simple solutions? MY LCD monitor supports VGA and DVI inputs. Also anyway to play PS2 on a LCD monitor?
Secondly, any good RPGs out there with a good story and romance? Call me a helpless romantic but I find games with a love story so much more appealing to me.
So yeah, if you guys can help me, I'd be greatly appreciative.

try adaptec's gamebridge:
http://www.adaptec.com/en-US/support/Video/prod/AVC-1410/
I've been using it for more than a year now and it works great:
- no need to worry about vga/dvi => it uses USB
- surprisingly, no lag

Definitely the gamebridge adaptec is highly recommended since there is no noticeable lag and is the best price point compared to the vga box adapters that go for $50 minimum.
The only issue I have using my pentium M 1.7 laptop is after about 40 minutes of play, my video will lock up and I have to restart my laptop, but the game system still runs fine and the audio still works. It's just a nuisance if you plan on running this on an older laptop. There is no issue on my brother's dual core laptop.
Also correct me if I am wrong but it will only display fullscreen resolution in my experience, not sure about widescreen.

so this adapter have inputs for composite or component? If you want to connect the Wii it's gotta support one of those right? and if it only supports composite that would suck since the quality is much better on component.

If you do look into the gamebridge...I do believe there is more than one version.
You will find the 1400 is cheaper than the 1410, I think the 1400 is the one with more problems
i was looking into getting one before, and I saw that the 1400 was super cheap
Just keep that in mind

Don't count out LCD's own response time too. IMO, LCD monitor is not suitable for your need. Professional Starcraft gamers never use LCD monitor for the same reason.

Super Paper Mario is a real tragic love story. You'll absolutely love the little in-between scenes.
Super Mario Galaxy - You're always trying to save the Princess.
Zelda Twiilight Princess - Trying to save Princess Zelda and I think Midna has has a crush on you.

yuk man, playing 3s on lcd is gross looking, the sprites will look awful, the jaggedness will be 100 times more noticeable (but if you aren't as anal as me you will deal with it) and between the game bridge and the ms of your lcd and I assume you will be playing using a stick through an adapter don't be surprised if you are missing your parrys.
