Accident on 401 yesterday (Mar 16) Renforth Dr. Exit

I passed 401 yesterday around 3.00 pm and saw there was quite a major accident near Renforth Dr. exit (Pearson Airport). :!:
But I couldn't find anything on the news (CityNews, etc.) :confused:
Any clue?
