I'm pretty sure this isn't possible (to lease a new car from the US when you live in Canada) but I thought I would ask. I know it's easy enough to purchase most cars in the US and bring them over, but what about leasing?

Just asking because there are some really nice lease deals in the US, which I'm sure I would never see here :( In fact I'm sure the car I'm thinking about I wouldn't even be able to lease a used one here, for the same money (purchase price difference is over $10k) :(

Leasing is like financing. Its not possible because the credit system isnt cross border capable.
Unless you have a corp with business credit account to use.

One way to transfer credit across countries is to have an off shore trust but thats another ball game.

Yeah I thought so :( Thanks. Sad to see what kind of car I could be driving if I lived in the US... Here I can drive a used car for more money  Well at least I have health care...
