DVP SOUTH at 7pm traffic?

What is the traffic (if any) like going DVP at around 715ish pm? is it bad or just the volume is high but the cars flow, or is it like gridlock

it's only really bad around 404/401 area where all the douchebags cut multiple lanes because they don't know where they're headed

everywhere else on the 404 is nice and smooth

Yeah, that's pretty much the worst area. Once you're on the DVP south of the 401, it shouldn't be too bad at that time.

yeaa just that part bottlenecks but thats ALWAYS unless i go on dvp at night so it shuld be okay

im sure they know where they are headed.. they just want to cut in line (3rd lane from the right).

the problem is a lot of people know the 401 east lane from dvp south can jump you ahead a few cars.. i do the same if im late or in a hurry.

I can see the DVP from my apartment window every night...as of right now (7:54), there's lots of volume, but it's moving along pretty well. 7-9am and 4-7pm are definitely heavy times on the DVP...after 7 things start to kind of clear up until maybe 9 when it's clear.

listen to 680 news on the "1's". 01,11,21,31 etc past every hour.

If traffic is bad, hopefully you have two people and can take that cool tunnel onto 401 west then catch avenue road to hit downtown.

The DVP southbound is generally pretty good after Lawrence.
