My inlaws have had their 2004 Murano SE since it was new and the only thing they have had go on it was the alternator and a relatively cheap sensor. The vehicle now has about 120k on it and the CVT is a dream to drive. Takes a bit of time to get used to though since it doesn't shift at all.

I should have also added that it isn't bad on gas but if you like to cruise above 120 KPH on the highway, fuel economy goes down considerably. It typically gets around 22-24 MPG on average but it can be closer to 20 in winter.

Although it's an American site I typically check reviews on Edmunds:

We have an 06 one.
Drives amazing, and I am used to the CVT. Very smooth.
We get about 450 on one tank for City, 600 for highway.
they say its 12/8 L/100KM from nissan but thats BS obviously.
Requires 91 octane.
It would be worth while to get a SE, as you get Bi-xenon, smart key, and tiptronic
