what is the distance in which your car is still valid where you purchased the parking ticket. for example i park on queen street and bought a 3 hour parking ticket. then i decided i want to shop on college street, so instead of walking i want to drive there, is my parking ticket still valid until the time is up? if no how far can you drive and the ticket will still be valid

Not very far - Maybe a block There is an area code on each ticket I think each machine ahs a different area code unless you are in a parking lot with mulple machines of course.
Though they may not notice.
