Anyone know a good website that sells aftermarket parts for a '86 Celica GT-S? Preferably a Canadian site so I don't have to worry about border dues and such.

Thanks.

I doubt you'll find a good Canadian online site
you should give www.rockauto.com in the US a try. they show the shipping and duties online before you checkout

i'm just curious how much you bought the car for, i would watch it if i were you it's probably a rust bucket and not worth to spend your money on moddin.

So far I haven't paid anything for it because im getting it from my dad and surprisingly it has next to nothing for rust just a tiny spot on the bottom of the drivers door...it just has a few tiny dents and scratches...my philosophy is if you had say $10K to spend on a car I would buy a car for say $3000-$4000 and put $6000-$7000 into it.

Thanks for the site ill look into it.

Rockauto is mainly stock replacement parts. They definitely sell aftermarket parts if by aftermarket you mean anything other than OE; but for aftermarket performance parts, though I'm sure they have some, that's not really their specialty.

Check out www.driverfx.ca (DriverFX is operated in both Canada and the US but the Canadian prices are sometimes higher and have higher shipping).

Though it's US only, www.summitracing.com has a lot of performance parts though I'm not sure if they'd have parts for the car in question.

Finally there is always www.nopi.com which is a good site as well.

Other than those you'll probably have to find a site/company that specifically makes parts specifically for your car.

Nice Car, My grandparents had a 85 Gt. They bought it the day I was born after dropping my mom off at the hospital.

Engine parts? It would be cheaper to just replace the whole engine at this point. You can get a 1st gen 3S-GTE engine for about $700 at some JDM junkyard. It might even come with an AWD tranny that you can sell to recoup some of the costs. From what I hear it isn't the easiest engine to work on and they're not that reliable, but you'll get double the HP you had and at least a year or two of torque steering 94 octane love.

i just wanted to give you some advice, i had experience with this. rust that you cant see doesnt mean it's not there.
