I lost one of the 2 garage openers. Mine is a Sear Craftman model. Is there a way to clone the one left or buy a universal remote control and re-program it?
Thanks

Home depot might be able to help you.

I'm pretty sure the 2nd one has at least one other button, reset the code for the unit u lost the remote for (I beleive you hold the orange button for 15 seconds) then you gotta reprogram and use the 2nd button on the remote you have as you were programming your remote to that unit.
Hope that wasn't as confusing as it sounded to me :D
And last time I checked home depot did not sell Sears Craftmen related items.

You can also get a universal opener from Candain Tire. Then open up the one you have left and note the dip switch configuration.

Why wouldn't you buy the original remote from Sears? Sure, it's a bit expensive at $50, but $40-45 seems to be the norm for replacement remotes.
Craftsman Remote (http://www.sears.ca/gp/product/B000FJJOB2/sr=1-9/qid=1205295175/ref=sr_1_9/002-5037405-0145628?ie=UTF8&searsBrand=core&mqnodeid=16361881)

This one is smaller and may work since Craftsman GDOs seem to be made by Chamberlain. $40.
