Hi;
I went out and picked up an LG 32" 32PC5RV Plasma. Just a little something for our guest bedroom.
The sales dude also sold me an EverMount EM-WB1 so I could mount it on the wall. A couple notes about the mount - it needs a low profile and needs to tilt a little since it will be a little higher up on the wall than the bed.
Well I've had some issues trying to install it:
The instructions say:
"Ensure that the centre hole is aligned with a stud. All other holes are at 4inch intervals. At least two of these holes much align with a stud"
This, to me, means 3 studs.
Studs are 16" on center - meaning the wall plate needs to be 32" to span 3 studs. But it is only 26"
I don't know if I can just hook it up to 2 studs without screwing in the centre or what I dunno....
So do I am ready to take the POS back to the store, but I will need a new mount.
Can you offer a suggestion please?
