psp firmware

I needed some help as the PSP slim 2000 seems to has come down with a defect in which 3 vertical lines that are now burned in the screen. Does anyone know if this slim can be downgraded from a firmware 3.90 m33 back to the original sony 3.60 firmware. It needs to be brought back for warranty. Thanks.:(

download Despertar del Cementerio v4 and it should let you revert back to original firmware.
