Golden Electronics...Anyone purchase from them?

Specifically the Richmond Hill store on Bayview.

Never heard of them but the prices are pretty good. The website for the store only lists the downtown location--I'm assuming they're the same store as downtown and Times Square.

I walked into the downtown store during boxing week. I asked a few questions, got a few prices, and got a whole lot of attitude.

I ended up walking out & going down the street to Henry's. Henry's PM'd every price I gave them from Golden.

i prefer aden/downtown camera. aden will also tell you it like it is and tend to not hand a bunch of lines to get you to buy stuff that is unnecessary. been in golden twice downtown and uptown. find they are ok with customer service...

Well get this, I went to try out a Lumix DCxx model. I had my camera with me, and I asked if I could take a few sample shots on my card, take them home and then have a look and see the if I like the results.

The guy's answer was "We don't allow that due to security concerns". I'm like "LMFAO" and just told him to forget it.

At Aden Camera, they let me take all the shots I wanted, with what ever lens and whatever body. Guess who I bought from.
