Where can I find decent inexpensive picture frames?

I've been buying mine from Homesense lately or Winners. You can find some really nice ones on sale too.

Art supply stores like Wallack's! Their custom faming and mattes are expensive, but the one near me carries a good selection of pre-made frames, cheaper than anywhere else I've seen.

My favourite are these really simple ones - basically a black plastic frame you snap a piece of glass into - you end up with a ~5mm deep and ~1mm or less wide black edge and nothing else. When you look at the picture straight on you only see a very thin black border. Looks nice and clean, and works really nicely for groups of photos....

...and they're $0.99/ea. I put almost everything I print into these at first.

I was not impressed with frames at Michael's. Most of them are chipped or scratched. But if you do go there, be sure to grab the 40-50% coupon in their flyer each week.

I found some cheap frames at Ikea as well.
