I've noticed when you purchase a new computer, pre-built, that they always partition the hard drives. And when you go to "My Computer" you always notice 2 HDD units.
Now along with a cousin of mine, we restored his laptop back to factory default. We did this using those product recovery disks that he created when he first turned on his laptop.
Now it doesn't show 2 partition or 2 HDD units. It only show 1 unit of 143GB, 160-15gb for Vista and I guess the other 2gb for fortmatting, drivers, and default software that they give you witht he pc.
My question is what really did happen to 2nd HDD unit that was there at first?
