Very similar to this one (http://www.costco.ca/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=10291851) (pic above) at costco.ca for $349.99. Picture on the box is essentially identical (even the remote in the pocket) except the wood is a darker color.
Item# 260351 - $264.99. Thought the one online for $350 was a decent deal compared to Dutailier models that can cost $450 or more.
Just put it together inside of 30mins... it's made by Shermag, model #37769cb. Wife is very happy - neither of us were interested in shelling out the $$ for a Dutailier. Wood and fabric are both slightly darker than what's pictured.
