Hello,
I just received the card and I was reading that I can only pay it by US$ at the branch or using a USD$ cheque
Are there any other alternatives? anyone had any success paying the Mosaik CC with online banking?
Thanks

you can check your balance here

sign in, top right
unfortunately, you can only pay using US cash at a BMO branch...or mail Canadian issued $US cheque.

I just take USD cash to a BMO branch and pay there.

You can "sort of" pay this online by sending a message in the online banking system asking them to transfer funds from your BMO account to pay the credit card. I normally tell them how much I want to pay in US$ and they will convert that and withdraw the appropriate amount from my CAD$ account. It takes up to 24 hours for someone to manually enter your request and then they will confirm back to you in a message that is completed.
I have used this process several times over the past couple of years to pay my US$ BMO Mastercard - no need to go into a branch to do it.

If you have a BMO USD account you can pay your Mosiak USD bill directly from the account without going to a branch. However, you have to do it over the phone and you must speak directly to a rep (i.e. forget the automated system). I've done this many times with no problems.

I pay my US$ credit card exactly the same way. Just log into BMO online banking, click on message centre and write them a message. No need to visit a branch

Is there any way to pay this if I have a TD Borderless US$ Account? Can I pay from Easyweb? Anyone know?

You can settle your BMO USD credit card balance in several ways:
1. By USD cash or USD cheque (from TD or wherever) at the branch to avoid mailing costs and certainty gets applied to your balance on time;
2. Mail in your USD cheque - provide sufficient clearance time; or
3. You can actually "link" your USD chequing account (from whatever institution) by mailing a VOID cheque to BMO and they will automatically apply any future balance outstanding for you, so you don't have to worry about either 1 or 2 above. You can get the link form through accessing your Mosaic account online from the BMO site.

I was told they could not link my RBC USD account to my USD BMO. Can anyone confirm this being done? I think I called/faxed the form twice...

Only started two months ago, you can pay by using "Account Transfer". Both your USD MC and USD bank accounts have to be linked to your FirstBank Card (debit card). The transfer is done in real time.
