For those of you who own a Next Wave Titanium Plus MasterCard Prepaid, I found a loophole on reducing the amount of fees they take out of your card every month.

My card for example cycles every 15th of every month, the fee they take out is $7. Yes its quite a bit even if I dont use the card and when I load it up, BOOM im stuck with $2 surcharge from MoneyMart, plus the $7 monthly fee. So after doing some research based on my billing cycle which is the 15th of every month, whatever amount is left on the 15th would be deducted from the $7.

So lets say I have $10 on the card, they will take out the $7 and Ill be left with $3. If I have less than $7, they will take out whatever is left and thatll be it for the fee.

Thats where the loophole comes to play, if on the 15th I have no money on the account, between the 15th-30th whatever amount I put the card will automatically deduct that amount if its more or less than $7.

So what you would need to do is leave $1 on the card for the 15th (billing cycle), then after it takes out that $1, it acts as if it took the monthly fee, afterwards anything you load on the card will stay there still the 15th of the next month. But keep in mind you need to do is or else itll take out your money. And last but not least, make sure if you do this, not to refill your card on the last day of the month, the machine might go into a glitch mode and charge you the remaining of the fee because its starting a new month. Hope it helps.

$7 a month? That's $84 annual fee for a featureless card.

Its for people who have no credit or are rebuilding credit. Someone with decent credit wouldn't even bother with a card like this.

If you're rebuilding credit you'd get a secured card, this card will do nothing to your credit.
