Do you have to report savings acounts wheer you made less then $50

YES!
*All* worldwide income must be reported fully and truthfully on a Canadian tax return, irregardless of source, whether or not you received a receipt, or were paid cash, cheque or benefits in lieu.

Honestly, you'll probably get away with it if you don't declare $3.50 interest on your small, seldom-used savings account, but if you do declare it then you'll probably look extra honest in the eyes of the CRA and you might get away with other things. :twisted:
