Eventually "forced" to upgrade from Quicken 2002, because of lack of online support for online banking - I use Bank of Montreal and Royal, not sure if one,or both, requires a updated version of Quicken
Anyway bought Quicken 2008 at 50% off some weeks ago (thanks RFD), but now I find that I cant connect up to the BoM site, whehter I do this from within Quicken, or by downloading the Connect file via a web browser intiailly
Constantly get back errors
Royal Bank seems to be working
Where can I go to get some support e.g. user-run forum?
Their own site has a very limited number of issues addressed
I dont fancy paying Intuit $16 per phone call
