Looking for a cheap IS camera...suggestions?

I'm looking to purchase a camera, preferably, one with image stablization... does it make a big difference??

Looking to spend less than 2 bills. So, my choices are...

Canon SD1000 (no IS) - $150
Panasonic Lumix 7.2MP Digital Camera (DMCLS75K) - $170
Panasonic 7.2MP Digital Camera (DMCLZ7KKIT) - $150

Your second choice, the panasonic, will be on sale at London Drugs for $98.88 on Tuesday. Price-match at Future Shop for $91.77.(This price-match might not work because London Drugs has limited quantities.) I also don't know if this camera is good.

I just bought the A570IS for $130 from Staples by using a $20 off $150 coupon. I doubt you can beat that deal right now for a camera with IS. I love IS since my S3IS is just amazing because I have a lot less blurry pictures vs before.

EDIT: just checked and Staples is back up to regular price of $199.92 vs the sale price of $149.97 a couple days ago. I would suggest you check out the deals that SDM will have when they discount their digital cameras.
