Recommended Digital Picture Frame?

Well heres the scenario, I'm looking to pickup a digital frame and also comparing the different price ranges. Is there a recommendation for a 7' frame that anyone can give me (brandwise/performance)? I'm looking at prices that are <100, but hopefully the frame is not heavily pixelated, although I'm aware of the saying "you get what you pay for". Thanks.

check out stores like tiger direct or canada computers ... the prices are competitive to other stores unless, there's a major sale going on.

I've never really seen the appeal of these things. I think they are pretty tacky and wasteful. They just sit there doing their various wipes and sucking up electricity. They are a quarter of the price of laptop with none of the functionality.
