Considering BNIB pro's go for 399.99, why should I pay anything more than $200 for a used console which could have been used for over 2 years now?

It's vice versa for those selling the console. Considering it's BNIB for $399.99, why should they sell it anything shy of $300. The 360 is still a very popular system and they would only being selling it because they decided they want something else. With over 17million units sold and rising, you need to be more understanding.
People who bought their Premium for $499 2years ago will not sell it for $200. You will NOT find a xbox 360 premium here for $200. Nor will you find one on Ebay or even on American based forums.
The best price you will find is $275-300 for a basic premium with only the contents of which come with the system and nothing extra... no games.
For $325-350 you will find many bundles that come with a few extra games.
For $350-400 you will find huge bundles that have tons of games and 2 or more controllers.
For $225-240 you will find an arcade bundle.
For $175-225 you will find a broken xbox 360 console.
If you plan to get a system for anything less then $275-300 you best not come on these forums. You will not get one for that price for at least 5-6 months from now. I think your best bet is to find yourself a broken console for $175-225, you might even get one for $100. Then if you're tech savvy you can possibly fix it.
Other than that, the only system you will get for that price is either a Banned modded 360 that comes with no accessories or a basic arcade.
So start looking for consoles with no accessories, broken consoles, banned consoles or a system with something negative about it. I'm sure it will be priced at around $200..
