Advantages of Financial Adivsors at a Bank

Hi, I'm just curious if there are any advantages of being a Financial Adivsor/Investment Advisor at a Bank over companies like, Manulife, CI Fund Management Inc, AGF Management Limited.

Do FA/IA at a bank have a base salary + bonus?
