There are some good deals at Westjet today and tomorrow -- of course, you'll have to do a little digging to find the best day/price, but I found Toronto to Orlando for $79 (one-way), Toronto to Vegas for $128 (one-way) and Hamilton to Halifax for $89 (one-way).

Unfortunately i saw those tickets on sale, by accident when i was checking the price of a flight, but didn't have enough money until now to buy the ticket :(

I'm confused and intrigued how you came to this Feb 13th/14th conclusion.
Could you elaborate a bit? Hopefully you are right!
