Can someone recommend a good men's haircut place in the Scarborough/Markham/Pickering area that is $15 or less?

Currently, I go to the men's salon in BCE place for a haircut and they do a great job but it costs about $25 to $30

I have tried First Choice and Magic Cuts and they both suck. I am trying to find a good place that uses scissors only and not the electric shaver "one style fits all".

Any suggestions?

When I was a young and lived in the area, I got my hair cut at a barber shop at Port Union and Fanfare for almost 10 years. Not sure if its still there but it was definitely good and not expensive.

I am also looking for a similar place. Currently go to a longtime family one but have always looked to change.

Guys I go to this guy over on Kingston Rd. and West Hill Rd ... names Victor .. the guy does a good job and its only 8 bucks but tip the man cause he does a great job.. I am a 2 blade all around - but this guys uses more than 5 blades to merge the hair .... its next to the MP/MPP office / hotel... this guy remembers your name and everything line ups are like 25 mins max..

And I travel over 30 km to see this guy from North York - Also I go to University in Windsor and am waiting for reading week to get my haircut cause he does a great job. 430 km for a hair cut I think I am nuts.

I've been coming to this place in Pickering since I was 15, I'm 25 now. I swear by this place. They charge $14 for a shampoo and cut for men. If you're looking at google maps, the place is in the Bridgepoint Centre.
