Hello,
Unfortunately i hate my size a lot.
If i get the small, it fits perfect. After wash/dry, it becomes too small to wear.
Medium is too big. After wash/dry, i dont know how much its going to be. Wil it be like a small before it was washed/dry?

Solution: don't dry?

I wash (on delicate) with cold water and hang dry most my clothes. Never really had the shrinking problem.

the reason why i want to dry is because it "irons" the shirt.
I only wear shirts, so if i don't dry any of my shirts, and have to iron them all, it would be too much for me.

Seriously.. don't dry. Drying shirts will def. shrink them no matter what, unless you put your dryer on the "no heat" setting.
You will just have to learn to iron :) I know it takes time at first.. but you will eventually get used to it.

yeah same.
just use a steamer instead of an iron.
or, when you hang dry it, sorta pat it down, and when you're in the shower, hang the shirt in the bathroom, it "steams" it a bit.

Instead of drying for ironing, hang up the shirt in the bathroom when you take a shower.

After, the steam will unwrinkle them.
