I jumped through 3 hurdles (aka links) on that page, and still saw nothing...was it the fourth hurdle where the calc was?

Ya, it's quite a ways before getting to the calculator it seems. I had to:

choose the year "July 2007 - June 2008"
accept the terms
select the province and marital status, then click "Continue"
then enter the number of children and my income, then hit "Calculate"
