Khakis?

Just curious, are these pants khakis or something else? I want to get a pair but have had a busy week, so before I go out I want to know the name of what Im searching or something that has the same material and look. They look a bit like snow boarding/skate pants, any hoo can you suggest a place to go and get em?

Yea, yea i know both but Im looking for that certain material and look from the pics. They have an awesome look to them, which is what Im interested in. I suppose I can find them anywhere then right?

just look around. I seem similar stuff from old navy.
I got a pair exactly like that by Polo. Got them a LONGGG time ago. about 8 years ago. Khakis material with a button flap on the pockets.
