How should I clean my mesh shoes?

I purchased a pair of nike shox shoes and they have began to get dirty and all. They are mostly white, with a little bit or red and black but the problem is its covered in mesh. Not only that but there also a plastic covering in front of the mesh which suppose to prevent the shoes from getting wet or something. Any suggestions?

You can if you want... just put it on delicate. You don't wanna kill your shoes. I personally don't put any of them in the machine cuz I don't wanna risk it but my friend puts some of his stuff in and it seems to work. Just put it on delicate and you should be ok.
