I was wondering if anyone could recommend a cheap (less than $50) 2 port kvm switch that supports dvi connections and usb keyboards/mice.

I used to use kvm switches, but I find them pretty useless, if you have room on your desk for another monitor, there is a program which works extremly well called synergy, it will allow you to share one keyboard/mouse just like you had dual monitors... it works like a dream and supports multiple platforms....
Considering you will easily spend $50 on a KVM for $150 more you might aswell get another monitor and run this software, plus its free:

Just a suggestion.
