Where can I find some thermal tape (fragtape)?

I called every store I could think of, Active surplus, Supremetronics, Canadian Tire, Home depot, none of them have it. I even called 3M to ask them where I can find their thermal tape, and the stores the 3M reps told me to try don't have them either.

Any ideas?

I picked up a small package of it at home depot
They called it Thermal Tape there and it was manufactured by 3M
Look for it near the other electrical tape and wire shrink
