Two NIC's, split traffic? WinXP

If I have two NIC's, can I have one take all traffic to a subnet, and the other take all the rest?

This is in Windows... it would be easy to do in linux with iptables. In Windows, each specific application might not know which IP/NIC to use...

yeah they have network cards with quad network ports

Yeah, my motherboard has 2.

The question is do we need some software to do this?

Windows is a ***** with more then 1 network adapter.. like Hamachi, getting games to use it instead of the other one.. there's no real specifying of devices for things like that.
