Hi,

I have a desktop sitting little near to my LCD tv, I want to connect my computer DVI out to HDMI. so which local store sells DVI-to-HDMI cable in less price? I want it asap, so want to buy in local store not online. SourceCC has for minimum $30 so i am looking something like $10 to $15

Check your local computer store (ie. CC) ... but if you can wait (I know you don't want to), you can get one from Monoprice for < US$10 shipped ... http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10231&cs_id=1023104&p_id=2404&seq=1&format=2

I would say 10 days to 2 weeks ... In case you decide to go with Monoprice, please remember to keep the order < US$20 ...

I placed an order from monoprice for the hdmi switch, valued at over $50 US, and they sent it usps, no duty ftw.

Also I prefer to use mycableshop.ca since the shipping rates can be really high with monoprice.

for a local shop i found that OTA on college had a 1 meter DVI-HDMI cable for $15. Cheapest i ever saw locally. I saw a guy selling some on craiglist as well for roughly the same.

Quality of the cable seems to be top notch (the OTA one). Beefy cable and solid connectors. Gold plated if it matters to you (and it shouldn't :D)
