I think the biggest concern is that your child stay hydrated. If your son is eating/drinking a reasonable amount and is having his usual number of wet/dirty diapers, then I'd just keep an eye on him.

You are better off to ask a doctor.

Is it a lot of vomit after every meal? Or just a bit of spit up that happened one time 2 days in a row? If its just spit up, try to burp your kid even if they are easting solids.

Check for fever, if no fever don't worry about it. Give less to eat, a bit more to drink if needed or try pedialyte.

This will never be a waste of time...we have called several times for various issues.

my son pooped after every meal (diarrhea) and also vomited after some formula..
went to the doctor and they said he seemed very happy (which he is), he seems well hydrated and just to keep an eye on him
they said he was pooping and vomiting due to teething...he had gotten 8 teeth in one month
after a couple of days of nonstop diaper changes and cleanup, he had gotten better on his own and acted as if nothing happened
mind you, he didn't seem to be in pain when all this was happening..
better to be safe than sorry ,bring you baby into a doctor and let them check to make sure he's happy and hydrated

I didn't know kids sometimes vomit when they're teething, until my mom told me while I was cleaning up after my son in the bathroom.

My LO likes to put her fingers in her mouth when she is teething (10 months to 12 months). If she does that after meal, that will trigger vomiting too. She will throw up the entire meal like a river and cry.
