Cheap DSL internet service

Well I just found out that my acanac service is up and they want to up the charge to $33.95/month so I guess I am in the market for some new service! Anyone have any recomendations?

Check out Primus's $59.99 deal if you are/might be interested in the whole local/long distance/internet package. Theres a whole thread on them.

I switched to them after being pissed at Bell, and have never looked back,

Almost the same as upthread.

Currently on Primus, 19.95 for home phone (landline, no features, 5 bucks a pop if you want CallerID etc) and 20 for DSL (5Mbps). That's 39.95 plus 0.50 paper bill fee plus tax. No contract too :cheesygri

Does Primus throttle torrents the way bell does? And is Primus available in Quebec?
