Extreme Fitness - Dunfield Club (Yonge/Eglinton) is offering 3 months free and then $76/month for the final 9 months of a one-year contract. No other administration fees. Contract does not include racquet sports but includes towel service and is valid at all Extreme Fitness locations except Delisle and Wellington.

(Childcare is either $4/hr or $39/month unlimited or 10 sessions for $50).

Is this a good deal? Can I do better on any of the terms? People are selling Extreme memberships on Craigslist for less but I am not sure how this works or if it is legitimate.

I need a club not too far from St. Clair/Bathurst with childcare so only other options seem to be Goodlife at Mt.Pleasant/Davisville or Columbus Centre community centre at Lawrence/Dufferin.

Have heard that Extreme really pushes extra fitness/nutrition services but the gym itself seems nice with lots of classes and long hours. Thanks!

I pay $67 for three months, so in comparison that's a terrible deal.

Unless you get EVERYTHING (tons of weights, benches and machines, sauna, swimming pool, etc), that's a terrible price to pay.

65535 - Are you are paying $67 at Dunfield Club or at another nearby location? Obviously there are cheaper clubs in the GTA but that doesn't necessarily help me as I am restricted by location and the need for childcare.
