Question on this desktop from FS

Hi everyone,

just wondering if this computer is a decent computer or not?

I just need it for basic computing, and the tv tuner is a nice to have. Can I use it with my rogers digital cable as a PVR?

Can I get something similar for better? I'm looking to spend $600 all-in. Thanks for any help!

it's refurbished, not too good for a pc...
plus it's clearance, good luck finding any left
oh btw u forgot about the monitor

I'm ok with refurbished, and I don't need a monitor. They're showing in stock at Futureshop. Basically, for these specs, is it worth their asking price of $479? Thanks for any input!
