The question mark is in the title because I'm not sure if you have to be a student or not. (I know it says you have to be, but we all know we can all get the edu discount from apple right.....i mean......)
Anyway, Office 2007 Ultimate for $64 CDN... good deal if you are still a student.

Am I Eligible?
You must hold a valid email address at an educational institution supported by the promotion (supported email domains listed here)
AND
Be actively enrolled with at least 0.5 course load.
Also, you must be able to provide proof of enrolment status (ie, student card) upon request by Microsoft. If you are unable to provide proof of enrolment, you will be required to pay the full retail price of Office Ultimate 2007 (approximate ERP $899).
