Hey guys looking at upgrading from component to HDMI. Hoping someone has any suggestions as far as brands, where to look, or a flat out hot deal.
As well, if people think it's worth me upgrading my component cable for my HDPVR, I don't have a surround sound system. Thanks in advance. FD

i didnt want to wait for monoprice shipping after i got my HD box, ran over to the dollar store and there they were. $15.
works fine for me. im not a videophile so i probly wouldnt be able to tell the difference.

Monoprice! I have 2 50 foot HDMI in wall to Plasma and Projector with no issues!

Don't get me wrong the prices are amazing. But I find the shipping prices to be a bit much. $35.99 on an $80. order. Am I missing something?

Monoprice is pretty darn fast. Ordered on the 9th, received today on the 15th. Again, have ordered four times well over $20, and still no brokerage fees.
I can't even get them that fast when ordering from a canadian site!

What exactly were you trying to order? I've ordered from Monoprice.com a couple of times and have found their shipping cost to be very reasonable.
