Best TV/Internet/Home Phone bundle?

I'm curious if anyone knows how to get the best bundle for TV/Internet/Home from either rogers or bell. I know all the deals they have on their sites, but after seeing the 'free HDPVR for 2 years' thread I'm wondering if there's any promotional bundles for new customers or tricks for getting a great price that are not being advertised.

if you work for a big company, try to call them and ask for corporate discount
i find it better value to split rogers tv and bell phone
not that one is better than the other but if you forget to pay 1 bill, at lesat they won't disconnect everything you have
